Shut-off hot runner system consists of three parts -- hot runner manifold, nozzle and temperature controller box.

Hot runner manifold connected to valve gate nozzles and injection molding machine and delivery melt plastic into each nozzle through manifold.

The melt plastic flow ed by heating the nozzle injection run into each die cavity.

Temperature controller is used to control the nozzle and manifold temperature and detect the temperature through thermocouple.

We push the valve needle through air in order to control nozzle open and close.

Valve gate hot runner system working principle is hot nozzle and hot runner manifold are installed in the injection mould,

using heating principle, so that the plastic always maintain the molten state from injection molding machine barrel out.

Valve gate hot runner mould is more expensive than other hot runner system mould and fixed mould plate thickness is thicken and process is complexity.
