Nozzle Series
Anole hot runner nozzle series contains pin point gate nozzle, direst gate nozzle, valve gate nozzle and many others. Anole nozzles designs are manufactured in a reasonable size are made out of selected high quality steel and original heating elements which have been imported from Germany. A thermocouple is used to make sure heating is fast, manifold temperature tolerance is controlled within ±1Cº. Moreover the sealing gate size tolerance is controlled within ±0.01MM. Thus, customer can install and use our hot runner system easily.
Anole hot runner nozzles help eliminate waste during the process for our customers, eliminate the mold structure and processing for removal of condensate material. It is easy for high speed injection molding which is done automatically. It greatly reduces the labors and material costs. During injection, little injection pressure is lost, the plastic in the injection system is always in the molten state, allows smooth flow, and offer same runner and nozzle temperature.
In this condition, the raw materials are conducive for the pressure transmission and can make multi-point gate injection into multi-cavity and large plastic parts with low pressure, thus improving plastic parts quality greatly, and avoiding shrinkage and other defects due to inadequate filling. Anole hot runner system comes with extensive injection molding temperature range. It also can be easily molded in very low temperature. Anole nozzles are offered in various standardization and series design. They are matched with various optional nozzle head which are easy for exchange. Uniquely designed and processed electric heating coil can achieve even heating temperature and long life.
