4. There are a number of devices used to ensure the automatic operation of the mould, robot or simple controllable robot manipulator is the first choice. such as:

a. Demould plastic product or accelerate product ejection.

b. Reduce mould installation time, reduce cooling water pipes, gas pipe, electric route and hot runner temperature connection time.

c. Input insert, label or slice into mould before injection.

d. Pre-heat the mould before startup machine.

e. Control plastic product movement and reduce startup time.
