Integrating type hot runner
With the development of hot runner injection production line, Anole independent research and developed some new integrating type hot runner system.
The so-called integrating type hot runner is just making the nozzle, manifold together. They are fixed in a frame, such as picture a. integrated hot runner system is widely used in automobile parts, such as car bumper. Integrating type hot runner has the advantage of easy installation and maintenance. It helps mould company save time in hot runner assembling and size fitting.
From history orders, some customers always exposed to material leakage problem. The biggest reason is the nozzle and manifold joint part not good, and there is error of the sizes. Last year, Anole took previous lessons, we made a new model integrating type hot runner.This new type hot runner system has some advantages:
1. Better heat preservation: less binding face with mould will reduce heat loss.
2. Better plastic flow and runner balance.
3. Heat balance.
4. Easier disassembly and assembly.
